Shanghai World Expositions attracts the world’ gaze and also attracts children’s gaze of remote and poor areas of motherland. On May 10, 2010, 10 teacher or student representatives from TIENS philanthropy elementary schools achieved their dream to travel to the World Expositions by entire imbursement of Tiens Group.
8 children of the 10 representatives are students coming from Grade 4-6 of Shanxi Bojing TIENS philanthropy elementary school and TIENS philanthropy elementary school of Suniteyou County, Xilinguole City, Inner Mongolia. All of them who are selected as student representatives have a poor family, are excellent in character and learning and receive the imbursement of Tiens Group. In this trip, they pleased to visit many stadiums, widened their sight and increased their knowledge. TIENS philanthropy elementary school is one of the first start-up projects of “TIENS Charity Fund” which aims to save and help the children who are unable to go to school in depressed areas, aims to improve children’s school entrance rate, aims to advance the education conditions and promote the development of basic educational project of depressed areas.
