Report on the 5th Awarding Ceremony for China Top 100 Enterprises in Corporate Education
On July 10, 2009, the 5th grand awarding ceremony for China Top 100 Enterprises in Corporate Education was held at the Athlete Mansion of the National Olympic Sports Center in Beijing.
During this event, Mr. Li Jinyuan, President of Tiens Group, won the honor “2009 China Top 10 Coaching Entrepreneurs". Meanwhile, the group also won three other honors, namely “Outstanding Education & Training Achievements Award for Chinese Enterprises 2009”, “China Top 100 outstanding Enterprises in Corporate Education 2009” and “Exemplary Training-base for Chinese Enterprises 2009”. Such laurels in the field of corporate training demonstrate the social high recognition of Tiens for its efforts made in this field. It serves not only as a commendation on achievements made by the Group in the practice of corporate education, but also another acknowledgement to President Li Jinyuan for his leadership and corporate development strategies.

At the invitation of the Appraisal Organizing Committee for China 5th Top 100 Enterprises Selection in Corporate Education, on behalf of Tiens Group ,the director and training supervisor of Tiens International Business College (TIBC) pleasantly attended the ceremony on July 10 and received the awards. They also participated in related seminars and discussions focusing on China's corporate education.
During the process of sharing corporate training results, a number of representatives shared on the rostrum their experience and findings through practice in this field, including former China-based training manager of GM, the manager who comes from Training and Development Center of Transfar Group, the general manager of Vocational Development Center, ENN Group, and HR general manager of EVOC Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., etc.
It’s the key for an enterprise, as an organization that makes profit, to achieve perpetual operation. For large multinationals like Tiens Group, lasting corporate operation can only be fundamentally guaranteed by commitment to development of corporate culture while always focusing on the core values of the enterprise. So how shall the training work be carried out under the guidance of corporate value concepts?
On such a topic, the director of Tiens International Business College of Tiens Group gave a keynote speech titled “Employers' Spirit Inherited by Cultures and Professional Talents created by Training" which elaborates on the corporate training path of the Group. Tiens Group attaches great importance to the development and practices relating to corporate culture. During its practical training among employees, TIBC has adopted a framework known as "a training system with a Sandwich-like frame”. At the same time, under the three big core values of Tiens Group, the company has also actively introduced new concepts on training and applied advanced training tools to make employees understand and use it well, and bring into effect during their work. In addition, by the internal training of the company, the effective and extensive communication on corporate culture and values also enables employees to comprehend and learn the core values. Such a wonderful speech by the director of TIBC won rapturous applause of the participants, all of whom expressed that they learnt a lot from the speech. After that, many of them gathered around the director to further exchange views with him while some even expressed their hope to visit and get some study in Tiens Group. The “Tiens Craze” that occurred at the event represented a highlight of the ceremony.
The organizer held a grand awarding ceremony on July 12, with Tiens representatives frequently awarded and winning applause and praise from attendees on site again and again.
The awarding was followed by another ceremony, the first release of the Blue Book on China Corporate Training. Guiding experts from the Blue Book Research Panel, Secretary and Superintendent of the Leading Party Members' Group of Shandong Workers’ Education Office gave a brief introduction to the contents and significance of the book and presented books to 5 enterprise representatives.
