On December 12th, 2007, Mr Li Jinyuan, CEO & President of Tiens Group, accompanying by Vice President & General Manager of Global IT Center Mr Yan Yupeng, had a formal meeting with COO of Microsoft Mr Kevin Turner in the headquarter of Microsoft’s Greater China Region in Beijing. (Mr Turner is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of Microsoft’s worldwide sales, marketing and services organization. Along with Bill Gates, Steve Ballmer and five other senior executives, Mr Turner serves on the Senior Leadership Team that sets the overall strategy and direction for Microsoft.) Mr Eugenio Beaufrand, Microsoft Vice President and COO of Greater China Region, Mr Arics Poon, General Manager of Microsoft Enterprise & Partner Group in Greater China Region, and the other two executives of Greater China Region also attended the meeting.

Tiens Group and Microsoft have entered a full scale strategic cooperation since 2006.The projects based on two companies’ cooperation include Global implementation of Dynamic ERP for our supply chain management systems, Global order entry and its process flow management system using Biztalk, MOSS & Exchange, Global Finance & Inventory Integrated Forms System based on MOSS and SQL Server, and Network efficiency solution using Win 2008 Terminal Server, etc.

Mr Li Jinyuan briefly introduced the 12-year development and global achievements of Tiens Group at the beginning of the meeting. As the vanguard of direct selling industry, Tiens Group has established branches in 110 countries, with its business covering over 190 countries and 12 million families worldwide as its stable consumption and operation group. Tiens Group has accumulated plenty experience in global operation as well as operation process after 12 years development. However, Tiens Group keeps innovating in direct selling industry, taking the lead in applying the new business modes like "joins (Direct Selling) in one country, benefiting globally", "integrates stores within a network and a network within the stores", and "New Exchange and 6 interactive Networks Theory" etc. Tiens Group has invested in IT heavily. Since 1997, Tiens has worked with many IT companies to implement its systems like ERP, CRM and E-commerce. Hundreds of millions of dollars has been invested in this area. However, up to now, no IT partners or companies can help Tiens solve its problems by supplying an integrated solution for Tiens branches in 110 countries. Microsoft Corporation is an innovative, fast-growing multinational company; Tiens Group is willing to share its industry experience and resources in over 190 countries with Microsoft, together building a standardized IT solution for the healthy development of direct selling industry and providing the customers with value-added services.

Through Mr Li Jinyuan’s explanations, Mr Turner has expressed great admiration at the rapid pace of Tiens global sales growth as well as its development strategy and innovative sales mode. Both parties hope that with the combination of Tiens global resources and Microsoft’s R&D experience as well as its leading position in software industry, the two companies would set up a standardized IT solution for direct selling industry with the mutual development.

Lastly, the high level meeting ended on a joyous note with Mr Li Jinyuan and Mr Turner exchanging mementos, in anticipation of a stable partnership ahead.

Mr Li Jin Yuan, President of Tiens Group attended the 2-day CEO Board of Committee Meeting of World Federation of Direct Selling Association held in Tokyo, Japan companied by the Vice President of Europe Region on the 7 November 2007. More than 10 CEOs from the reputable direct selling companies worldwide as well as 5 special guests were invited to attend this meeting organized by World Federation of Direct Selling Association.

CEO Board of Committee is the highest authority organization of World Federation of Direct Selling Association, major responsibilities inclusive setting up of standard direct selling association in various countries, regulating the rules and policies of direct selling worldwide, building and maintenance of industry reputation, review and approval of budget for WFDSA, public relationship with the government and the public. The meeting is held every 6 to 9 months in order to discuss and exchange views on common problems faced by the direct selling industry.

CEO Committee Meeting of World Federation of Direct Selling Association was officially started by the welcome speech given by the Chairman, Mr Truman Hunt at 9am on the 8th November 2007. After that, Chairman of Legal Affairs of WFDSA explained the latest regulations in direct selling industry to all participants, the main frame of regulations for global direct selling industry and any other related matters were discussed on the floor. Managing Director of WFDSA represented the Chairman of Business Ethics reported wonderfully on the education of worldwide consumers and related academy activities. In the afternoon session, Chairman of Direct Selling Association of Africa given speech on the opportunities and challenges in Africa market. The topic on the opportunities and challenges faced by Japan market was analyzed in the meeting by the specially invited guest, the inter culture consultant of Japan on the 9th November 2007.

Resulted from the effort contributed by all working crew and participants of WFDSA, the 2 day meeting was closed successfully. All leading figures in direct selling industry worldwide managed to obtain fruitful discussion on regulated matters and common topics as well as exchanged views and shared amongst themselves the development and success experiences of their enterprises.

CHAIRMAN'S THEORY

Six-Network Interaction Theory As information converges at high speeds in the 21st century, the global economy is racing towards globalization and multi-polarization. As a result, the philosophy of win-win has not kept up with global economic integration, and some enterprises are unable to thrive in the fiercely competitive context and are left behind.To address this situation, Mr. Li Jinyuan, the Chairman of Tiens Group, has summarized his domestic and overseas practices to propose the Management and Development Strategy of "Six-Network Interaction Theory."

The six networks in "Six-Network Interaction Theory" include Human Resource Network, International Education Network, International Logistics Network, International Tourism Network, International Capital Flow Network, and the Internet from the viewpoint of historical evolution. The Strategy of "Six-Network Interaction Theory”, both static and dynamic, is rooted in consecutive leapfrogging, innovation, striving for perfection and improvement, and in globalizing innovations both in the direct selling industry and in the world..

The Strategy of "Six-Network Interaction Theory" is interactive. Each network interacts with the other five. New Swap and Alternative Theory  New Swap and Alternative Theory is a theory to guide multinational executives to realize leapfrogging development based on scientific and theoretic abstraction. On Jan.19-20, the "Second Session of the Ninth Council Meeting of the Red Cross Society of China" was held in Nanjing. During the meeting, Tiens Group Chairman Li Jinyuan was elected as the director of the "Ninth Council Meeting of the Red Cross Society of China" by a unanimous vote. 

"Announcement of Ten Major News of Chinese Enterprises and Entrepreneurs Drawing the Most Attention and Enterprises with the Greatest Potential of Growth in 2010" and "Eighth Chinese Enterprise Development Forum" were hosted in Beijing. In this event, Li Jinyuan, the Chairman of Tiens Group was awarded with the title of "the Entrepreneur Drawing the Greatest Attention in 2010" and Tiens Group was appraised as the "Enterprise with the Greatest Influence in China in 2010".

The 5th China Best Employer Brand Awards and the 7th China HR Management Innovation Summit were held at Beijing Convention Center on October 24, 2010 by International Association for HR Management, Ministry of Human Resources & Social Security of the PRC and the Organizing Committee of the China Best Employer Brand Awards. By virtue of its sustained efforts and remarkable achievements in building corporate human resources, Tiens Group was conferred 2010 China Best Corporate Employer; and Tiens Chairman Li Jinyuan was named 2010 China Most Philanthropic Entrepreneur. 

In August, Chairman Li Jinyuan obtained the glory of Global Top 10 Most Influential Chinese Champions during the 2010 Influential Brands Awarding Ceremony jointly sponsored by Forbes Asia-Pacific Brand Research Centre, China Brand Management Association and Top 500 China Brand Research Institute. 

On July 24, The Sixth China's Top 100 Enterprises with Outstanding Education Achievements (CTOEOEA) was held at the ShiJi GuoJian Hotel by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the P.R.C. With its largest scale, the very strongest support from the Chinese Government, and top-level corporate participants, CTOEOEA is the most authoritative assessment so far for the assessment of corporate trainings achievements, and is therefore widely regarded as the Chinese Oscar or Forbes in the corporate training area. By its crowning achievements in this area, Tiens Group was not only granted the Gold Medal for the Chinese Enterprise with the Most Commendable Innovative Trainings, but continued to remain on the CTOEOEA list. Furthermore, Chairman Li Jinyuan of Tiens Group was named as one of China's Top 10 Education-Oriented Entrepreneurs. 

On February 2, almost 100 foodstuff corporations attended "2008-2009 Annual Awarding Conference of Tianjin Foodstuff Institute" held by Tianjin Foodstuff Institute of which vice president Bai Zhisheng, Ji Baohua, Wang Jiantao and others were present and announced the name list of persons to be awarded by "2008-2009 Annual Excellent Corporations on Foodstuff Safety of Tianjin", "2008-2009 Annual Advanced Workers on Foodstuff Technology of Tianjin", "2008-2009 Annual Special Contribution Reward on Foodstuff Technology of Tianjin" to encourage them to contribute more to promote the development of Tianjin foodstuff technology. Li Jinyuan, the Chairman of Tiens Group, and relevant leader of Tiens were awarded "2008-2009 Annual Special Contribution Reward on Foodstuff Technology of Tianjin" and Leaders of Global Quality Management Centre were awarded "2008-2009 Annual Advanced Workers on Foodstuff Technology of Tianjin".

2009

On the afternoon of December 29, 2009, the World Entrepreneur Forum 2009 and the Award Ceremony for the Chinese Brand of the Year & Chinese Business Persons of the Year 2009 (6th Session) was held at JW Marriott Hotel Beijing. On the award ceremony Chairman Li Jinyuan was awarded as "Chinese Business Person of the Year 2009" together with 24 other outstanding entrepreneurs � Mr. Liu Zhenya, General Manager of the State Grid, Mr. Kong Dong, Chairman of Air China, Mr. Yang Chao, President of China Life Insurance and Mr. Zhang Jindong, Chairman of Suning Appliance. 

On 18 December 2009, the "Annual Conference of Economy & IT Applications 2009 (the 6th IT Applications Strategy Conference of 100 Top Companies)" was ceremoniously held at the Hot Spring Leisure City in Beijing. The annual conference for the first time established the "2009 Top 10 Outstanding Entrepreneurs" to praise the corporate leaders who have taken decisive actions in the face of the financial crisis and helped the company through the difficulty and sustain growth. This award is intended to highlight the interaction between the economy and IT applications. Chairman Li Jinyuan of Tiens Group was given the "2009 Top 10 Outstanding Entrepreneurs Prize". In addition, Tiens Group was awarded the "2009 Top 10 Achievements in IT Applications Prize". 

On the morning of 29 September, the 5th National Solidarity and Progress Commendation Meeting by State Council was held in Beijing. Li Jinyuan, the Chairman of Tiens Group won the honorary title "Model Individual in National Solidarity and Progress" for the 5th time. 

On the evening of 18 September, the evening party on celebration for the 60th Anniversary of New China & the Awarding Ceremony in honor of the Advanced Figures Who Moved Wuqing was grandly held at TIENS International Conference Center. Li Jinyuan, the Chairman of Tiens Group was voted as an "Advanced Figure Who Moved Wuqing". 

In September, the list of "Figures Who Moved Tianjin�Proud of the Haihe River" was released. The event was hosted by Publicity Department of the CPC Tianjin Municipal Committee and Working Committee of Binhai New Area, and co-hosted by Tianjin Free Trade Zone, Enorth Network and Tianjin Airlines. 60 people finally stood out of the selection. Li Jinyuan, the Chairman of Tiens Group was honored as "Figure Who Moved Tianjin�Proud of the Haihai River" due to his prominent contributions to the society for so many years. 

On 29 August, a meeting entitled "Celebrating the 60th Anniversary of New China�Awarding Ceremony for China National Economy News Figures& Economy Development Forum", sponsored by China Economy Newspaper Society and other units, was grandly held at CPPCC Hall in Beijing. Li Jinyuan, the Chairman of Tiens Group, was honored as one of "China Top 10 Economy News Figures". 

On July 16, 2009, the Memorial Ceremony for the 15th Anniversary of China Charity Federation and Commendation Meeting for China Charity Outstanding Commitment Awards were held at the Great Hall of People.Mr. Li Jinyuan, the Chairman of Tiens Group, was granted the Award of China Charity Outstanding Contributor at the event of China Charity Outstanding Commitment Awards selection. 

On July 10, 2009, the 5th grand awarding ceremony for China Top 100 Enterprises in Corporate Education was held at the Athlete Mansion of the National Olympic Sports Center in Beijing.Mr. Li Jinyuan, the Chairman of Tiens Group, won the honor "2009 China Top 10 Coaching Entrepreneurs". 

On June 28, 2009, "Grand Awarding Ceremony for China Branding Conference" was held in Xiangshuiwan, Sanya, Hainan Province, organized by Urban Development and Research Center of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Economic Research Center of Chinese Academy of Management Sciences, China Brands Management Association, Asian Brands Clnion Organization, Business Times, with the attendance of government officials, media representatives, business celebrities. Chairman Li Jinyuan is awarded the honorary titles of the "Asia Top 10 Leaders in Healthcare Products Industry", "China Top 10 Leaders in Healthcare Products Industry during the Splendid 60 Years"; Tiens Group wins the great honor of "Asia Top 10 Leading Brand Enterprises in Healthcare Products Industry" as well as "Asia Top 10 Most Favorable Brands in Healthcare Products Industry".

The opening ceremony of the Fourth Prominent Chinese Fortune Leaders Forum cum the Eighth Spring of Diplomats was grandly held at the Beijing Peoples' Assembly Hall on the 24th April. The Chairman of Tiens Group Li Jinyuan honored the insignia of Chinese Fortune Leader 2009. Vice Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) Zhou Tienong, Vice Chairman of the CPPCC Li Wuwei, Vice Chairman of the 10th National Committee of the CPPCC and the prominent Chairman of Chinese Entrepreneur Convention He Luli, Vice Chairman of the 9th CPPCC Sun Fuling attended the opening ceremony and audienced all the VIPs. 

On Feb. 28, the Second Member Congress of China Health Association has been held in the hall of Health Minister. Chairman Li Jinyuan of Tiens Group awarded "China's Pioneering and Innovation Figure of Health Industrial". As the national largest enterprise of health products production and export, the award was proved that Tiens Group and Chairman Li Jinyuan's achievements was highly recognized by the society.

Announcement Ceremony of the Top 10 Corporate News in China, the Most Influence Enterprise, the Most Noticeable Entrepreneur, the Most Promising Enterprise 2008 cum the Sixth China Enterprise Development Forum was grandly held at the People's Assembly Hall and Xi Yuan Hotel in Beijing on the 17th January 2009. More than 200 elites from the industry and 70 renowned local and overseas media gathered joyously to witness the leading ceremony of China enterprises before spring festival. President Li Jinyuan was awarded the Most Noticeable Entrepreneur 2008 and Tiens Group was judged as the Most Influence Enterprise 2008. 

Vietnam Excellent Humanity and Moral Entrepreneur 2008 was collaborately held by the Vietnam Ministry of Commerce, Vietnam Industrial and Trade Office, Ministry of Agriculture and Country Development, Hanoi City Council, Vietnam Technology Association on the 30th December 2008 in Hanoi, capital of Vietnam. Mr Li Jinyuan, President of Tiens Group was selected amongst many foreign invested enterprises in Vietnam, awarded by the Vietnam government the cup and certificate of Vietnam Excellent Humanity and Moral Entrepreneur 2008. 

Asia Pacific Chinese Entrepreneur Leader Forum Indonesia Summit 2008 (APCE2008) cum TIENS Cup � The Fifth Most Creative Chinese Entrepreneur Leader Award Ceremony was grandly held on the 14th until 16th of December 2008 at Shangri-La Hotel, Jakarta, capital of Indonesia. President Li Jinyuan of Tiens Group awarded Chinese Entrepreneur Leader of Excellent Contribution in Asia Pacific Economy 2008. 

The Second Chinese Charity Conference cum Recognition of Chinese Charity Award 2008 was grandly held on the 5 December at the Beijing Peoples Convention Hall organized by the Ministry of Civil Administration. Li Jinyuan, the President of Tiens Group received the Chinese Charity Award 2008. 

The First Hua Xia Commonweal Charity Forum 2008 organized by the China Handicapped Union, China Red Cross Association, China Charity Association, China Environmental Protection Foundation, China Handicapped Career Press Promotion Association was grandly held at Beijing People Convention Centre on the 26th November. President Li Jinyuan awarded China Top Ten Commonweal Model 2008. 

The Best Employer of the Year in China 2008 cum the Fifth Human Resource Management Annual Convention in China was grandly held at Century Hall of Beijing University on the 25 October. More than 200 famous entrepreneurs, professional academicians and government officials attended the convention. CEO of TIENS Group, Mr. Li Jinyuan was elected amongst more than 500 nominated entrepreneurs and awarded the honor title of "The Most Committed Entrepreneur to Social Responsibility 2008". 

The promulgation ceremony of The Third Asia Brand Ceremony was held on the 9 September at the Disney International Convention Centre in Hong Kong. Tiens Group was awarded "Asia Brand Top 500", Mr. Li Jinyuan, the CEO awarded the "Personality of the Year for Asia Brand 2008". 

On June 28th, 2008, "The fourth top 100 Chinese Education Enterprises Selected Awards Ceremony & the Training Summit Forum of Chinese Enterprises" was held in Beijing. After the research and strict selection among hundreds of world-funded enterprises by panelists, President Mr. Li Jinyuan of Tiens Group, was awarded as a "China's top 10 business education leaders" title, ranked first in the list of winners. The award was in a proof of the TIENS education achievements. 

Vice President of State Legislation and Enforcement organization, specially appointed representative from National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, promulgated President Li Jinyuan the certificate and insignia of academician of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine in May. 

Mr Li Jinyuan, President of Tiens Group was granted to be one of the Top 50 Internationalization Brand Talents in China 2007 amongst the many entrepreneurs candidates during the appraisal campaign of the Second China Brand for International Markets of the Year held in January.

2007

China EMBA held its 5th anniversary celebration cum EMBA Laureates Night at Midya Centre, Beijing on the 9th of December. Tiens Group President Mr. Li Jinyuan was one of the laureates on that night due to his extraordinary achievement in business management and research. The EMBA laureates were selected by 20 mainstream media corporations such as China Central Television Network, the Asia-Pacific MBA Federation and other famous Asia-Pacific management institutes. 

"The 2007 China Summit Forum For The Most Influential Companies, Brands & Personalities" was held at the Rainbow Hall, International Hotel, Beijing on the 30th of October. Tiens Group President Mr. Li Jinyuan bagged the "2007 Most Influential Personality Award". 

On October 20, "The Fourth Chinese HR Management Annual Ceremony and 2007 Chinese HR Annual Award Presentation Ceremony" was held in Beijing. On the ceremony, President Li Jinyuan received the honor of "Best Entrepreneur With Social Responsibility in China" out of more than 500 candidates. 

President Li Jinyuan was awarded "Tianjin Excellence Entrepreneur Awards' by Tianjin City Council in September. 

On February 4, the China Association of Chinese Medicine (CACM) presented President Li Jinyuan with the "Contribution Award of CACM Promotion of Academic Development" at the New Year Party in the Golden Hall of the Great Hall of the People, in recognition of contributions made by President Li Jinyuan to the cause of Chinese medicine. 

On January 8, the Prize of Outstanding Contributions to China Charities & the 2nd Appraisal of Chinese Figures was announced at the Great Hall of the People. Mr. Li Jinyuan, President of Tiens Group, was awarded the "Outstanding Contributions to China Charities" and one of "China's Charity Figures".

2006

On June 28, the awards ceremony of "2006 First Global Top 500 Chinese Enterprises & Global Top 500 Chinese Tycoons", organized by World Eminence Chinese Business Association and China General Chamber of Commerce and undertaken by Beijing International Exchange Association and the office of Chinese Business Leaders, was held at the Small Auditorium of the Great Hall of the People. The awards ceremony covered Chinese entrepreneurs and enterprises from mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan, and Southeast Asia. President Li Jinyuan was awarded "2006 Global Top 500 Chinese Tycoons". 

On May 18, the "2006 TIENS Love in the Universe", a large charity-based event, was jointly organized by the China Charity Federation, Red Cross Society of China, China Disabled People Federation, Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China, General Sports Administration of China, Central Committee of the Communist Youth League of China, All-China Federation of Industry & Commerce, China Health Care Association and Tines Group. Mr. Fan Baojun, Chairman of the China Charity Federation and Member of the Standing Committee of CPPCC, awarded President Li Jinyuan, the medal and certificate of the "China Charity Awards". 

On March 19, Mr. Boris, Chairman of Russian National Commission for United Nations Educational Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), issued a certificate to President Li Jinyuan, honoring his outstanding contribution to the health of human society and his reputation for quality management of Tiens Group in the international arena. 

On March 19, Mr. Seitumirov, CEO of the 21st Century and Health International Group, issued President Li Jinyuan the certificate and medal of the �Outstanding Research Award of Ecological Green Products of the 6th Investment and Innovation Contest of UNESCO Seminar" for outstanding contributions made by Tiens Group and President Li Jinyuan to Russian health and charity. Mr. Ugodchikov, Chairman of the International Biologic Science and Technology Foundation, issued President Li Jinyuan the certificate of "Honorary President of the International Biologic Foundation for Sciences of Boluohena Science Academician". Ms. Belyayeva, Head of the local orphanage in Moscow, issued President Li Jinyuan the certificate of "charitable ambassador".

2005

On December 22, President Li Jinyuan was elected Vice Chairman of the 7th Council of Enterprise Association of China and Entrepreneurs Association of China. 

On December 8, the awards ceremony of the "Global Eminent Chinese Medal" co-organized by the World Chinese Entrepreneurs Association and Ta Kung Pao in Hong Kong was held in the Diaoyutai State Guesthouse. President Li Jinyuan was awarded the Global Eminent Chinese Medal. He is one of the first Chinese entrepreneurs to receive this award in China. 

On November 20, at the China Charity Conference, sponsored by the Ministry of Civil Affairs and the China Charity Federation in Beijing, President Li Jinyuan was issued the highest governmental honor of "China Charity Awards". 

On October 28, the First Forum of the Corporate Cultural Structure of Chinese Enterprises and the Conference of Cultural Construction Achievement of China's Enterprises was co-sponsored by the China Institute of Management Science, the Chinese Cultural Information Association, and the Federation of Chinese entrepreneurs and Experts across the Taiwan Strait. In the meeting, President Li Jinyuan was awarded the title of "China Top 10 Eminent Entrepreneurs of Corporate Management". 

On July 16, the 2nd awards ceremony of "Top 10 Economic Talents in China" was held in the Great Hall of the People. President Li Jinyuan of Tiens Group was honored. 

On May 27, the 4th State Recognition Convention for National Union was held in the Great Hall of the People. The State Council of the People's Republic of China granted Mr. Li Jinyuan, President of Tiens Group, the title of "State Leading Individual in National Union". Mr. Hu Jintao, General Secretary of CPC Central Committee together with other members of Standing Committee of Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee met with the winners. On April 26, the "Awards Ceremony for 2005 Top 10 Philanthropists in Mainland China" was held in the Great Hall of the People. President Li Jinyuan was one of "2005 Top 10 Philanthropists", and ranked 4th in the "2005 Philanthropist List in Mainland China". 

On Feb. 24, the 6th National Foreign Trade Research Awards Ceremony was held in Beijing. The research paper, "New Swap and Alternative Theory � Strategies and Policies of Enterprise's Leap Development", co-written by President Li Jinyuan and Professor Liu Yingqiu, a researcher from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, was issued the outstanding award. 

On January 31, the evening TV show for One-Decade Chinese Modern Philanthropy and China Philanthropists Awards Ceremony was held in the Beijing National Culture Palace. President Li Jinyuan was honored with the title of "China Philanthropist". 

On January 15, the Patriotic Chinese Businessmen New Year Gathering & Forum of Economic and Business Cooperation was held in the Great Hall of the People. The China Education Union, under the State Ministry of Education, together with private colleges in China, conducted an appraisal for the "Prize of Special Contribution to China's Private Education". Li Jinyuan, President of Tiens Group and founder of Tianshi College, was awarded the prize.

Mr. Li Jinyuan is now the Chairman of Tiens Group Co., Ltd and the Chairman of the Board and CEO of Tiens Bio-Tech Group (USA) Inc. (Tiens Bio-Tech Group (USA) Inc. is listed on the American Stock Exchange).Mr. Li Jinyuan was born in 1958 in Cangzhou, an ancient city in northern China. When he was young, he was full of dreams, pursuits, persistence and determination. At the time China was carrying out the Policy of Reform and Opening Up, Mr. Li Jinyuan successively devoted himself to gaining experience in enterprise operation and laying the foundation for his forthcoming success.

After being in business for several years, Mr. Li Jinyuan incorporated Tiens Group Co., Ltd in 1995. Tiens Group Co., Ltd.("Tiens Group") entered the international market in 1997.
