Halal guarantee system of Tiens Group passed the supervision and audit of LP POM MUI organization of Indonesia and awarded grade A certificate

Tiens Group received the Halal certificate awarded by LP POM MUI organization of Indonesia on the 8 March 2007, this has given a strong support for TIENS to develop Muslim consumer market.  On site supervision and audit is conducted once a year for Halal system according to the requirement of LP POM MUI, the authentication organization of Indonesia.  Being the very first foreign corporation conducting the supervision and audit of Halal guarantee system by MUI Indonesia, the review task of 2008 for Tiens Group was highly regarded by MUI, the annual audit was personally led by the General Manager of MUI. This audit is different from the product audit during the authentication for the first time. It was an overall audit of the validity of Halal guarantee system, area of audit inclusive of all departments for Halal products.  The 2-day audit completed smoothly under the full co-operation of TIENS, the General Manager of MUI extended his compliment for the execution of Halal guarantee system by Tiens Group, grade A certificate was awarded to Tiens Group on the 21 August 2008, this represented that TIENS have achieved the highest grade, this was another laurel received by TIENS in 2008.

On September 2, 2008,  “Tianjin Tiens Biological Development Company” and “Tianjin Tiens Biological Engineering Company” passed the external audit for ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System and ISO22000：2005 Food Safety Management System and also got the certificate. From July 24th to July 25th, CQC (China Quality Certification Center)-Tianjin branch center did the external auditing for the two companies. Through the efforts from TIENS all centers and departments, this audit passed successfully, and TIENS got the new certificate.                     The authentication scope of new ISO9001 certificate not only include health care food but also add the design and manufacturing of skin care and washing products; according to the requirements of International Organization for Standardization, TIENS finished the transition from HACCP System to ISO22000:2005 Food Safety Management System, and the authentication products scope had been adjusted according to new products plan.

On June 28th, 2008, "The fourth top 100 Chinese Education Enterprises Selected Awards Ceremony & the Training Summit Forum of Chinese Enterprises" was held in Beijing. After the research and strict selection among hundreds of world-funded enterprises by panelists, President Mr. Li Jinyuan of Tiens Group, was awarded as a "China's top 10 business education leaders" title, ranked first in the list of winners. The award was in a proof of the TIENS education achievements.

Tiens Group attaches great importance to the vocational and technical training of staff since it founded. The quality of education and the cultivation of talents are considered as the important goals for the Group. Under the excellent leadership of President Li Jinyuan, and with the close attention by group top leaders, the company has increased educations and trainings for internal staff. The company has set up TIENS International Business College in 2007 on the basis of training resources integration. As the personnel training incubator, TIENS International Business College aims to provide professional and effective trainings for all levels of the Group. At the same time, Tiens Group focus on external communications, it has organized a number of forums and exchange activities, which expand Tiens Group social influence and obtained high praise from the enterprises.

TIENS International Business College leader on behalf of President Li Jinyuan, attended the ceremony, accepted the award and delivered the award-winning speech at the scene. He said that the great progress of TIENS' education development was benefited from TIENS leaders' great supports. In the future, Tiens Group will also further improve the internal training system, make due contributions to the staff development.

In the Training Summit Forum, TIENS International Business College manager introduced TIENS International Business College's main duties and future plans to the counterparts; they all wish to have the opportunity to cooperate with TIENS International Business College in the future.

TIENS donates RMB 23 million according to the situation of the disaster area

On May 16, TIENS donated 17 million yuan to Tianjin Charity for helping people in the disaster area. The speaker of Tiens Group said this is the first step that TIENS responds to the disaster ,in the near future ,TIENS will get other plan to help people in the disaster in various ways including mental recovering ,offer the necessaries.

On May 21, TIENS donated necessary materials worth of RMB 5 million again.

On May 22, TIENS donated materials worth of RMB 1.27 million to the disaster area as TIENS promised .

Those necessaries TIENS donated include water, umbrellas, candles, waterproof cloth and TIENS Nutrient Super Calcium Powder, etc.

 Up till now, the sum of money TIENS using to help the people in disaster reached 23 million RMB.

On May 23, TIENS held a setting out ceremony in the headquarter. Nine transportation cars of TIENS    filled with  necessaries  headed separately to Guangyuan in Sichuan province, Wenxian in Gansu province and Hanzhong in Shanxi province. The Chairman of Tianjin Charity Lu Huansheng went to the disaster area and accept TIENS’ donation. Mr.Lu highly praised TIENS’ activities in this disaster and said that Tiens Group always takes enterprise’s responsibility and can be called of the model of national enterprise.

The materials which are given to disaster areas include the best products, such as TIENS Nutrient Super Calcium Powder. And TIENS hopes these material can help the people of disaster recover. Those necessaries just like  umbrellas, tents, water, candles and epidemic prevention medicines and child health food meet the urgent need of people in disaster areas.

President Li Jinyuan claims that Tiens Group is always engaged in serving country and together with all the citizens to help people in disaster .

It is said that on May 16, Tiens Group organized 1,600 people to held a relief conference. In the conference, Tiens Group President Li Jinyuan, TIENS high administers, the staff and the dealers all donated. In the end of the conference, Tiens Group collected  1.32 million RMB in all,and plan to use the money for disaster area recover

Tiens Group has  thirteen years history. and it always takes the social responsibility since she was founded . When the catastrophic floods in the Yangtze and Songhua Rivers happened in 1998, TIENS donated 22 million RMB to the people in the disaster area. When the SARS epidemic struck in the spring of 2003, Mr. Li Jinyuan, who was in Africa at the time, immediately returned to China, and held an urgent meeting the same night to donate RMB 3 million and healthcare products worth of 42 million RMB. TIENS citizens donated approximately RMB 4 million to the Southeast of Asia, which was attacked by tsunami. Up till now, TIENS has donated a total of RMB 1.384 billion to social charities across the world.

Tiens Group claims that the culture of love is an important part of the value view of TIENS and TIENS will develop this core value further.
